2.3. The seller reserves the right to change prices; however, such changes do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
3. Orders

3.1. Orders can be placed via the store's website, 24/7.
3.2. The sales contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order by sending an email to the customer's provided address.
3.3. The customer is obliged to provide accurate contact and payment details to enable order processing.
4. Payments

5. Delivery and Collection

5.2. Delivery costs and times depend on the selected delivery method and are provided in the order summary.
5.3. Customers can collect their orders in person at the seller's headquarters after arranging a pickup appointment.
6. Returns and Complaints

6.1. Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Swiss law.
6.2. To initiate a return, customers must send a relevant declaration to the seller's email address: contact@vellumgallery.com.
6.3. Complaints regarding product defects can be submitted via email: contact@vellumgallery.com. The seller will process the complaint within 14 business days.
