Delivery & Returns

 

Any artworks purchased from this website will have packing and insured delivery charges automatically applied at checkout.

On occasion, it may be necessary to contact you after purchase should an auto-calculated dleivery charge need to be altered (for example: if an artwork is particularly heavy, bulky or vulnerable and requires special packaging).

In such circumstances, you will be contacted by the gallery to discuss any change to the quoted delivery charge - you will then have the opportunity to be refunded or proceed with the adjusted shipping quote.

The Vellum Gallery complies with all current distance selling legislation for purchases made within the Switzerland and the EU.

Please note that for international orders the purchaser is liable for any import taxes and duties levied by their country's authorities.  However, The Vellum Gallery declares every artwork sold as unique artworks with the correct international commodity codes to ensure that import customs authorities apply the correct, and usually much lower, import taxes to any piece imported.
